The Ultrasonic Cleaner Pro comes with two modes so you can match the cleaning level to what you need. ProClean Mode (10 minutes) uses dynamic 45,000 Hz ultrasonic technology for a deeper, more intensive clean. Use it when you have a heavier buildup or want a thorough weekly clean. QuickClean Mode (5 minutes) is built for daily maintenance, a fast refresh between uses without the full cycle. Both modes use UV-C light alongside the ultrasonic waves.
Do I need to use cleaning solution, or just water?
Using just water is sufficient. The Ultrasonic Cleaner Pro is designed to work with clean tap water. For a deeper clean, use Remi Cleaning Tablets. Avoid alcohol, vinegar, or harsh cleaning solutions as substitutes, as these can damage the device and the items inside.
How often should I clean my night guard?
We recommend daily cleaning using QuickClean Mode to keep bacteria and buildup from forming, plus a deeper clean once a week using ProClean Mode. With the Ultrasonic Cleaner Pro, daily cleaning takes 5 minutes and requires zero scrubbing.

Although I liked that it completes a basic cycle within 3 minutes as opposed to 5 minutes on the other model, the constant-on light is very distracting and bright. The kid is also not very user friendly, I have a hard time removing it most of the time. It would have been better if they kept the hinge lid, as that would have been one less piece to worry about. Replaced my Amazon ultrasonic cleaner with the Remi thinking it would be a nice upgrade. After using the unit for a couple weeks, cleaning results were in no way better than my prior unit. The unit fails to remove build up, even in deep cycles. Manual brushing is normally required after a few days to remove build up. The lid is clunky and awkward to use and remove since it’s magnetic with no notch, indent, or area to grab it and remove it easily. Overall it’s no better or worse than my previous unit and the lid is much more awkward to use
